Brent Dalley has spent the last 29 years supporting the dental profession. His experience ranges from running his own company to managing multiple dental offices. Because he has had to “pay the bills” he knows and understands the complexities of managing today’s dental practice.
Through his company he has consulted with and coached in management, marketing, sales, and advertising. The companies he has worked with range from Real Estate to Pharmaceuticals and of course dental practices.
He lectures and conducts seminars on dental team accountability, marketing, and selling. His motivational seminar on creative thinking is always a popular program.
Contracting with Practical Solutions he utilizes their S.O.A.R monitoring program to assist the dental team in achieving their goals and move the practice to the levels the dentist envisioned when he or she embarked on their professional journey.
With his extensive background in marketing he coaches his clients through the complete process of marketing a dental practice starting with each encounter a patient has with a team member in the dental office.
