Abstract:

This course includes valuable information on how to use your financial statements to help you manage your practice and to improve its value. You will be exposed to an advanced business management system that includes issues such as breakeven analysis and valuation. This course also includes a seven-point plan to improve performance. With this information, you will be able to look at your balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements and recognize trends that will help you make informed investment decisions.
