Is my online transaction secure?

What are my payment options for purchasing online CE courses?

ADA CE Online courses may be purchased only by credit card. VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are all accepted.

When will my card be charged?

Your card is charged immediately after you have clicked on “Confirm Order” in the checkout process. You will receive a confirmation number on the “Thank you for your order” page that follows via an e-mail confirmation notice.

To order, does my browser need to be set to “accept cookies”?

Yes.  It is required that you set your browser to “accept cookies."  You can update your cookie setting in your browser’s Preferences section. The cookie setting is usually found in Internet Explorer under the Tools menu and through the Edit menu in Netscape.

I forgot my password. How do I login?

If you forget your password simply click on the link, forgot password. Enter your username and submit. Next you will be prompted to enter the answer you provided to your security question and submit. You will receive an e-mail shortly with a new password.

Please check your junk or spam folder. With improved e-mail security settings it most likely ended up in one of these folders.

Do I have to turn off my pop-up blocker to take an ADA CE Online course?

We do recommend you turn off your pop-up blocker for the ADA CE Online site. There are some features of the courses that could potentially not work if your pop-up blocker is on.

How long can I view my courses and print my certificates?

The courses and certificates remain available for up to 1 year from the date of purchase, not date of completion.

Do I have to print my certificate after I pass the evaluation?

No, you do not. We recommend that you print your certificate after completion. However, you can login anytime on the ADA CE Online site and print your certificate.

Once I start a course do I have to finish it then? Can I come back at a later time and complete the course?

No, you do not have to finish a course once you start it. The ADA CE Online site will remember your progress and the next time you login you can start your course where you left off.

How long does ADA CE Online keep records of the courses I have purchased?

ADA CE Online keeps your course information up to 10 years from the date of purchase.

Will the courses offered by ADA CE Online fulfill my requirements for state re-licensure?

Continuing education credits issued for completion of online CE courses may not apply toward license renewal in all licensing jurisdictions. It is the responsibility of each registrant to verify the CE requirements of his/her licensing or regulatory agency.

Do I need to install any software to view/run the ADA CE Online courses?
